Wandering Bard
The Wandering Bard is an Easter Egg monster introduced in Alpha v0.18.0. Unlike every other monster, the Wandering Bard is not present in any Combat Area, Slayer Area, or Dungeon, instead this monster may only be encountered randomly when the player obtains a new normal tier 
Slayer task. After the task is over (assuming autoslayer is off), the player is still able to kill the Wandering Bard despite it being task-only.
