The Lightning Region is a Dungeon available as part of the Throne of the Herald Expansion. Completing the dungeon is required in order to purchase the Linden Boat upgrade required for accessing the Foggy Lake Slayer Area, and unlocks Thunder Strike from the Archaic Magicks spellbook. In addition, 100 completions unlocks Dragon Storm Call from the same spellbook.
