Aorpheat's Signet Ring is a Patreon item that is obtained by upgrading the two ring halves together. The bonuses it provides are additive with the 
Chapeau Noir and the 
Ring of Wealth. Equipping all three with the Combat Passive Slot provides a single 22% chance to double loot from thieving or combat. This bonus applies to normal loot and bones from monsters, items obtained from 
Thieving, elemental shards from god dungeons and the rewards from dungeons (with the exception of the 
Fire Cape and the 
Infernal Cape).
The 10% chance to double resources from skills is additive with others. This bonus will include items produced by Alt. Magic spells such as 
Blessed Offering. This bonus does not apply to seeds returned from farming, gems from mining, 
bird's nests from woodcutting, 
Coal Ore from the 
Mining Skillcape, and 
Mastery Tokens.
The Signet Ring's modifiers include a -5% Chance to Double Items in Thieving and -5% Chance to Double Loot in Combat. This is to offset the +10% Chance to Double Items Globally resulting in a net +5% chance to double items from Thieving or combat, matching the item's description.
This item is a reference to the coveted and expensive Hazelmere's signet ring from Runescape, which gives a chance to double item drops among other benefits. Although, the method of obtaining Aorpheat's Signet Ring is unique to Melvor.
