Slayer Bounty Potion

The Slayer Bounty Potion is a potion that can be made with 
Herblore. When used, there is a chance that each kill towards the current 
Slayer task will be counted as two kills, also rewarding twice the amount of 
Slayer Coins. In addition, the amount of Slayer Coins received is also increased.
