Perfect Swing Potion

The Perfect Swing Potion is a potion that can be made with Herblore. While active, it provides a chance for each Mining action to deal no damage to the rock, allowing the player to receive more ore before the rock has to respawn.

It is one of two non-combat potions (the other being the Controlled Burn Potion) that does not work while offline.
