Secret Stardust Potion

The Secret Stardust Potion is a potion that can be made with Herblore. While active, the interval of any Astrology action will be decreased by 3-15%.

Due to the rarity of the secondary ingredient Stardust, resource preservation as close to 80% as possible as well as a high doubling chance is highly recommended while creating Secret Stardust Potions.
