Performance Enhancing Potion

The Performance Enhancing Potion is a potion that can be made with Herblore. It reduces the time it takes to complete Agility Obstacles. One charge is used per obstacle completed. The bonus provided stacks additively with other bonuses such as the ones provided by Mastery for an obstacle.
