Lucky Herb Potion

The Lucky Herb Potion is a potion that can be made with Herblore. It provides a chance to turn herb seeds dropped by monsters into Herbs. No Farming XP is given for this process.

A charge is consumed whenever herb seeds are dropped by a monster, whether or not they are converted into herbs. No charges are consumed for other drops, even if the monster could have dropped herb seeds.
