The Gold Topaz Ring is a ring that increases the amount of gold received from kills in combat by 15% while equipped.
It further allows to obtain the 
Signet Ring Half (a) during combat and the 
Signet Ring Half (b) when training non-combat skills, the two halves of 
Aorpheat's Signet Ring.
