The Dragon Claw is a melee weapon requiring Level 60 to wield. It can be acquired by combining 100 Dragon Claw Fragments which are dropped by Griffins. As Griffins are in the High Lands, a Slayer area requiring Level 60 to access, there is effectively a Level 60 requirement to wield a Dragon Claw.
