Woodcutting

Woodcutting is the skill needed to gather logs which are used in Firemaking and Fletching. Each time you gather a log there is a 0.5% chance to obtain a Bird Nest. Raising woodcutting to level 99 will unlock the Woodcutting Skillcape for purchase from the Shop. Equipping the skillcape will double your woodcutting speed.

Mastery Unlocks

For every 10 levels of mastery for a tree, you gain an additional 5% chance to receive double the amount of logs per action.

Axe Upgrades

The Shop has a couple of upgrades available related to woodcutting. Most of these come in the form of an axe upgrade. These provide a speed increase in your woodcutting. One of them gives you the ability to chop down two different trees at the same time.
