The Superior Magic Skillcape is one of the Skillcapes, and can be purchased from the Shop once the player reaches Level 120.

When equipped, the rune cost reduction provided by various magic weapons is quadrupled and +5% magic damage bonus from equipment is granted. For example, when equipped the Staff of Air reduces the Air Rune cost of spells cast by 3, however with the Superior Magic Skillcape equipped this is quadrupled to a cost reduction of 12 Air Runes. The effectiveness of Runes themselves is not quadrupled.
