Stardust is primarily acquired through Astrology at a base 5% chance for each action performed.

Stardust can also be acquired by:

Burning Magic Logs ( Level 75) at a 1% chance per log (increased by another +20% with Burning Amulet of Stardust)
Cutting Magic Trees ( Level 75) with +1% chance per point allocated in the Deedree constellation (requires Level 1 and Deedree Mastery Level 99)
