The Cooking Apron is an item of Equipment, which while equipped provides a 1% skill and 
Mastery experience bonus to 
Cooking as well as a 20% increase to the healing value of Food.
The bonus to the healing value of food can be particularly useful for reducing food consumption while training 
Thieving. The bonus also applies while in 
Combat, but comes at the cost of being unable to wear another Platebody more suited for combat.
Stats
Cooking Apron does not provide any stat bonuses in combat.
