The Consumable Enhancer is an item that can be acquired from the trader within Township. The item can be used to upgrade a number of Consumables to enhance the bonuses they provide when used.

Note that in order to perform the upgrade, the consumable being upgraded must be selected within the Bank rather than the Consumable Enhancer its self.
