Charge Stones of Rhaelyx are acquired by upgrading 
Mysterious Stones. As long as at least one Charge Stone is in a player's bank, the chance of the 
Crown of Rhaelyx's ability triggering is increased from 10% to 25%. Each time the Crown of Rhaelyx rolls for a chance to save materials will also have a 0.1% (1-in-1,000) chance to destroy a Charge Stone of Rhaelyx. Actions that do not consume materials (such as gathering skills) will not ever destroy Charge Stones.
