Mysterious Stones are upgraded into 
Charge Stones of Rhaelyx, which increase the chance of the 
Crown of Rhaelyx's ability triggering from 10% to 25%.
Item Sources
In order to begin finding Mysterious Stones, a player must first have acquired both the 
Jewel of Rhaelyx and the 
Circlet of Rhaelyx and combined them into the Crown of Rhaelyx. Once the Crown of Rhaelyx is either equipped or in the player's bank, any non-combat skilling action has a 0.025% (1-in-4,000) chance to also produce a Mysterious Stone.
