The Signet Ring Half (a) can be found while performing any non-combat Skill action, provided the player has a Gold Topaz Ring currently equipped in their active armour slot. The chance to find Signet Ring Half (a) is equal to x in 19,800,000 where x is the level required to perform the skill action. For example, if you were to smith an Iron Dagger your chance to find Signet Ring Half (a) would be 15 in 9,900,000, or 1 in 660,000. Performing higher level skill actions increases your chance to find the ring half.
