Improves GP Rate

Dragon Fishing Rod	The strongest Fishing Rod, reduces fishing catch time by 40%.
Amulet of Fishing	Reduces fishing catch time by 15%.
Fishing Skillcape	Doubles the number of fish caught.

Pudding Duckie	Increases the chance of doubling the number of fish caught by 5%.
Level 99	Doubles the number of fish caught.
50% Fishing Mastery Pool Checkpoint	Provides a 5% chance to catch double fish.
95% Fishing Mastery Pool Checkpoint	Provides a 25% chance to receive an additional random special item whenever special items are received.
Fishermans Potion IV	Increases the chance of doubling the number of fish caught by 12%. (requires Level 40)
Sailor's Top	Reduces the chance to receive Special Items by 3%. (requires Level 45)
Fishing Hook	Increases the chance of doubling the number of fish caught by 10%. (requires Level 45)
Octopus	Provides a 3% chance to receive an additional fish whenever a fish is caught. (requires Level 15)
Ameria	Reduces fishing catch time by up to 15%. Increases the chance of doubling the number of fish caught by up to 15%.

NOTE: The Fishing Skillcape and Level 99 Mastery bonuses will stack, causing at least four fish to be caught each time. With all possible sources outside of Astrology, you can achieve 63% doubling and 55% interval reduction.

Method

Equip Fishing gear and fish for Magic Fish. Each piece of equipment will give a substantial boost to profit per hour. This method does not include extra gold gained from special chances which would boost profit per hour marginally. Maximum gp/hr rates assume all improvements to GP rate are obtained and in use.

Players who do not yet have level 80 fishing may also choose to consider the following options: (Note that the numbers below include the boost from the Fishing Skillcape, and as such the actual profit per hour will be substantially lower for players who do not have it)
