Gear

It's recommended to beat the Air God Dungeon with Melee equipment, since enemies here are Ranged and Melee, due to the Combat Triangle.

Given a melee build, you need 1020 HP and 42% Damage Reduction to be able to fully idle this dungeon, provided you have enough food to replenish your health and Auto Eat - Tier III.

Item Slot DR%
(G) Ancient Helmet Head 7%
(G) Ancient Platebody Body 7%
(G) Ancient Platelegs Leggings 7%
(G) Dragon Boots Boots 6%
(U) Ancient D-hide Vambraces Hands 6%
Subtotal 33%
Fire Cape Cape 2%
Fury of the Elemental Zodiacs Neck 2%
Silver Diamond Ring Ring 1%
Dragonfire Shield Off-hand 8%
Total 46%

Note that since you only need 42% DR to beat the dungeon with 1020 HP, you can swap out some of the secondary items. With 46% you can do the whole thing with 950 HP instead, and you should have access to all these items by now. It's widely recommended to use Infernal Claw, Sunset Rapier, or Ancient Claw as your main weapon, however a weaker weapon will only make dungeon clears slower, not harder(As long as the weapon is classified as Melee).

Also note you might be interested in using Aorpheat's Signet Ring for higher drop chances. If you haven't grinded Fury of the Elemental Zodiacs yet, you could use Silver Diamond Necklace instead, with the same DR% stat.

Table
