The Chapeau Noir is a piece of equipment that has a 1 in 10000 chance to drop on a successful pickpocket while [[Thieving]]. The chance to double loot is additive with [[Aorpheat's Signet Ring]]. Equipping both provides a single 15% chance to double loot from [[Thieving]] or [[Combat]]. The loot bonus will apply to normal loot and bones from [[monsters]], items obtained from [[Thieving]], elemental shards from god [[dungeons]] and the rewards from [[dungeons]] (with the exception of the [[Fire Cape]]).
