A template for link to specific Points of Interest ('POIs') with icons. For example, {{POIIcon|Fisherman's Enclave}} becomes 
Fisherman's Enclave.
For those points of interest with dedicated pages, (usually dig sites such as 
Ancient Market) this will link to those pages, otherwise it will refer to the relevant POI within the table on the Cartography page.
