Returns a lighttable grid that lists all the items in the game, for a specific expansion.
The following expansion id's can be passed (one per table):
- melvorD (part of base game)
- melvorF (part of base game)
- melvorTotH
- melvorAoD
- base (for only base game items)
A second parameter can be provided to set the amount of items per row (default is 17).
