Woodcutting: Difference between revisions

Woodcutting is used to gather [[Woodcutting#Logs|logs]] which are used in {{Skill|Firemaking}} and {{Skill|Fletching}}. Each Woodcutting action has a 0.5% chance to obtain a {{ItemIcon|Bird Nest}}. This chance can be increased by using [[Bird Nest Potion|Bird Nest Potions]] and {{ItemIcon|Clue Chasers Insignia|Clue Chaser's Insignia}}. Raising Woodcutting to {{SkillReq|{{PAGENAME}}|99}} will unlock the {{ItemIcon|Woodcutting Skillcape}} for purchase from the [[Shop]]. Equipping the [[Woodcutting Skillcape]] will halve the time required to cut logs.

 

Purchasing the {{UpgradeIcon|Master of Nature}} god upgrade reduces the time to cut a log by 20%.

 

 

 

 

The [[Skillcapes|skillcape]] can be purchased from the store for {{GP|1000000}} after the player reaches {{SkillReq|{{PAGENAME}}|99}}.

 

The [[Pets|pet]] can be unlocked by doing any Woodcutting action. The increased chance to double logs stacks additively with the bonus from Mastery rather than being a separate roll.

 

Woodcutting upgrades can be purchased from the [[shop]]. There are several axe upgrades, which provide an increase to Woodcutting speed and a {{UpgradeIcon|Multi-Tree}} upgrade, which grants the ability to chop down two different trees at the same time.
