Charge Stones of Rhaelyx are items used to power the 
Crown of Rhaelyx. They can be made by upgrading 
Mysterious Stones.
While at least one charge stone is in the bank, the Crown of Rhaelyx's bonus to resource preservation in non-combat skills is increased from +10% to +25%. There is a 1/1000 (0.1%) chance to consume a charge stone for every action this bonus applies to, even if resources were not successfully saved. Actions that do not consume resources, such as gathering skills, will never destroy charge stones.
Charge Stones of Rhaelyx can be upgraded back to Mysterious Stones to prevent them from being consumed. This is useful when performing actions where saving resources isn't as valuable.
