The mining-related boosts will be acquired naturally. The 
Perfect Swing Potion IV will not affect the result much.
Method
- Thieve Princess,
- Fletch Jadestone Bolts from
Jadestone, - Sell or use the common drops. Use
Item Alchemy III on the drops above 
10,000. - Get 15,000,000 per hour on average.
Thieving Princess is not the only viable option.
Depending on the improvements that you have, it might be even more profitable to focus on other targets.
For instance, with the same setup but thieving a 
Knight if you can maintain the Leprechaun+
Monkey synergy, it will give 16,470,000 per hour.
The main thing to understand is that thieving is better than Dragon Javelins only when it's strongly buffed by items, passives, and skills. Without any buffs, the gains are horrifically low.
