Manual Build

At the moment the best option is to go through Ancient Sanctuary manually if you want to get access to the next dungeon Underground Lava Lake as soon as possible.

With optimal setup you should be able to idle most of it barring equipment switches for optimal combat triangle.

There are a total of 6 different monsters you will be fighting and they are all from the slayer area Jungle Labyrinth

Maxed out Astrology perks to at least lvl 99 is optimal as well as the same Agility bonuses used in Into the Mist

Magic

You'll be using this build for only 2 monsters Kongamato and Conda. Both have really low Magic evasiveness so they should be quick kills for either setup.

The magic set up is assuming you have above 110 magic and 114 runecrafting. If not then it's certainly possible to complete the dungeon with the same gear as Into the Mist but it's best to try and make as many easy upgrades as possible.

Consumables:

If you don't have the prayer level for Divination and Holy Aegis it's acceptable to go to the lower tiers.

The (P) Divine Shield is used to increase your Defense heavily. If you don't have the smithing level required anything from the Divine shield to the Earth Layered shield is a very good upgrade.

You can use Calamity Wand assuming you have the runecrafting level. Almost any wand above level 100 runecrafting is better than Ocean Song so if you're able definitely go for that first.

Ranged

Only used for 1 monster being the Poison Toad. You should have no trouble with it so just sit back and watch.

Consumables:

For ammo anything that's Jadestone Bolts up to Zephyte Bolts is good, just use your most powerful bolt available to you at the moment.

The recommended items in the list are items that are attainable with skilling and are definitely worth the grind to attain them. The dungeon is possible with Into the Mist gear but to maximize the easiness it's recommended to grind out some levels for upgrades.

Melee

Melee is used the most here so having the best upgrades you can will be crucial to clearing this dungeon.

The Tormented Ring is recommended because of the maxed out Divine Armour and the defense bonus more than makes up for the (-50) defense loss. If you have anything less than Divine then I would stick with the Ring of Blade Echoes as it's still a top ring.

I would also put the Divine Sword above the Tidal Edge just due to the strength bonus. It has a stab bonus (+120) almost equal to the Tidal Edge's slash (+124) however it also provides a Defense bonus of (+6) and the Special Attack is notable and arguably better than Tidal Edge. You could also use Tidal Edge for the melee evasion debuff and then switch to the Divine Sword to finish the fight.
