Hall of Wizards is usually cleared for the Ancient magic set and the Book of Eli.
Due to the Combat Triangle, it is recommended to clear this dungeon with either Ranged or Magic build.
Please refer to the Combat Simulator to see which build works best for your situation. Usually, it's the Level 60 build that can equip a Red Dragonhide set and a Redwood Longbow. Otherwise you can use the Magic build if you have it in 70s and above.
