Firemaking (skill).svg

Firemaking is the ancient art of making fires. Increasing the Firemaking skill level allows the player to purchase higher tier cooking fires from the Shop. Burning a log has a 39% chance to give one Coal Ore. Raising Firemaking to level 99 will unlock the Firemaking Skillcape for purchase from the Shop. Equipping the Skillcape increases the chance to receive Coal Ore from burning logs to 100%, and provides a 5% bonus to experience gained from any skill.

Purchasing the Art of Control upgrade reduces the time to burn a log by 20%.
