Famished Potion

The Famished Potion is a potion that can be made with 
Herblore. While active, any food consumed by Auto Eat will heal +5-25% more 
Hitpoints than the base healing value of the item being consumed. In addition, any food consumed has a +5-25% chance of being preserved.
