Training

Cook the highest level fish available, while upgrading the cooking fire to the highest available level. Furnaces and pots will not significantly speed up your leveling, but can provide a small amount of extra cooks if you choose to make items with them. Performing actions like passive cooking will not slow down training, but passive cooks do not gain experience. Passive cooking is strictly for gaining more food while cooking.

Using Cooking Gloves will increase your chances of successfully cooking, which will increase the rate of training by making sure you are more consistently gaining experience.
