Clue Chasers Insignia gives +5% chance to receive an off-item (An item from a skill that is not the main resource you are gathering).  For example, when Woodcutting, it gives an increase chance of Bird Nests and Woodcutting Mastery Tokens. It does not give you a non-Woodcutting item while Woodcutting.
ItemBox
PAGENAME gives +10% chance to obtain global rare items, as well as all Mastery Tokens, Bird Nests from Woodcutting, Gems from Mining, and Coal from Firemaking. It does NOT give a bonus chance to find any rare item from monsters in Combat or NPCs in Thieving.

The implementation in the code currently results in some unexpected behaviour. See the full list below:
Applicable Items
The Clue Chasers Insignia bonus chance only applies to the following items:

* Mastery Tokens: Works properly, though it improves rates by slightly more than the 5% listed in the description, at 5.26% of the base rate.
* Bird Nest and Raven Nest from Woodcutting
* Signet Ring Half (a): Works properly, though also 5.26% of the base rate.
* Gems from Mining
* Woodcutting: Works properly, increases the base rate of obtaining a Bird Nests by 5.26%.
* Coal Ore, Stardust, Charcoal, Ash, and Generous Fire Spirit while Firemaking
** For No Potion/Tier 1/Tier 2/Tier 3/Tier 4, the droprates WITHOUT Insignia are 0.5%/5%/10%/15%/30%. The droprates WITH Insignia are 0.53%/5.26%/10.53%/15.79%/31.58%.
* Signet Ring Half (a)
* Thieving: Chapeau Noir and Bobby’s Pocket chance are doubled while online, but are reduced to zero offline. No other drops (except Mastery Tokens) are affected.
* Circlet of Rhaelyx and Jewel of Rhaelyx
* Mining: There is normally a 1% chance to obtain a gem on each Mining action. The Insignia increases the chance by 5.26% up to 1.0526%.
* Mysterious Stone
* Firemaking: The base chance of receiving Coal Ore when burning a log is 39%. The Insignia erroneously decreases this to 36%.
* Mastery Tokens
* Smithing/Runecrafting/Herblore/Fletching/Cooking/Fishing/Farming: No effect except for Mastery Token drop rate, as intended.
* Lesser Relics in the AoDAncient Relics game mode.

The Clue Chasers Insignia is an Easter Egg item acquired through a special method. Details can be found on the Easter Egg page.
The Clue Chasers Insignia is an Easter Egg item acquired through a special method. This requires the six following items to be in the following order within the very first slots of the leftmost tab of the Bank: Maple Logs, Redwood Logs, Raw Swordfish, Raw Crab, Herring, Burnt Cave Fish.
Clue Chasers Insignia Sources

These items must be manually placed in the aforementioned order, so that the first 6 slots of the Bank contain them. Once the items have been moved to the first 6 slots within the leftmost tab of the Bank, the Clue Chasers Insignia will be automatically awarded. If the amulet is not awarded immediately, the player should swap two of the items and then swap them back into the correct order.

History
Prior to V1.1 (being the release of the Throne of the Herald Expansion), a specific quantity of each item was additionally required - if the player had more than the required quantities then the excess had to be consumed through skill actions or sold. The quantities required were as follows: Maple Logs, Redwood Logs, Raw Swordfish, Raw Crab, Herring, Burnt Cave Fish, a reference to the Lost series.
