The Candy Cane is a unique weapon introduced as part of the 2020 Christmas Event, which could be acquired during the event at a 1 in 115 (0.87%) chance for each present opened.
Attacking with the Candy Cane equipped has two possible outcomes:
- With a 5% chance of occurring, the monster currently being fought will be dealt 696,969 damage, killing them instantly
- With a 95% chance of occurring, the player will deal 696,969 damage to themselves, which will lower the player's health to zero and cause them to die on the next monster attack
In addition, healing with food (either through Auto Eat or eating manually) is disabled while the Candy Cane is equipped, although natural regeneration of 
Hitpoints still occurs. For these reasons, it is very easy for the player to kill themselves while using this weapon and its use is not recommended, especially if playing in Hardcore mode.
