Aorpheat's Signet Ring is a Patreon item that is obtained by upgrading the two ring halves together. The loot doubling bonus is additive with the 
Chapeau Noir. Equipping both provides a single 15% chance to double loot from thieving or combat. This bonus applies to normal loot and bones from monsters, items obtained from 
Thieving, elemental shards from god dungeons and the rewards from dungeons (with the exception of the 
Fire Cape).
The 10% chance to double resources from skills is rolled separately from other doubling bonuses and can stack with them. This bonus will include items produced by Alt Magic spells such as 
Blessed Offering. This bonus does not apply to seeds returned from farming, gems from mining, 
bird's nests from woodcutting, 
Coal Ore from the 
Mining Skillcape, and mastery tokens.
