Gear

Due to the Combat Triangle, it's recommended to beat the Air God Dungeon with Melee equipment because the enemies here are Ranged and Melee.

The top progression gear is the following:

Item Slot DR%
(G) Ancient Helmet Head 7%
(G) Ancient Platebody Body 7%
(G) Ancient Platelegs Leggings 7%
(G) Dragon Boots Boots 6%
(U) Ancient D-hide Vambraces Hands 6%
Subtotal 33%
Fire Cape Cape 2%
Fury of the Elemental Zodiacs Neck 3%
Silver Diamond Ring Ring 1%
Dragonfire Shield Off-hand 8%
Total 47%

With 47% DR and Hitpoints Level 93, you can idle this dungeon.

The weapons of choice are Infernal Claw, Sunset Rapier, or Ancient Claw, but you can use a weaker Melee weapon - it will only affect the clear time and food spent.

You might be interested in using Aorpheat's Signet Ring for higher drop chances.

If you don't have FEZ yet, you could use Elite Amulet of Defence (2% DR) or Gold Sapphire Necklace (1% DR as Melee against Ranged).
