It's recommended to beat the Air God Dungeon with Melee equipment, since enemies here are Ranged and Melee, due to the Combat Triangle.
Given a melee build, you need 1020 HP and 42% Damage Reduction to be able to fully idle this dungeon, provided you have enough food to replenish your health and Auto Eat - Tier III.

Note that since you only need 42% DR to beat the dungeon with 1020 HP, you can swap out some of the secondary items. With 46% you can do the whole thing with 950 HP instead, and you should have access to all these items by now. It's widely recommended to use Sunset Rapier as your main weapon at these dungeons, but in the end this only improves your clearing speed.
Also note you might be interested in using Aorpheat's Signet Ring for higher drop chances.

The Air God Dungeon is the first of the God Dungeons. Like all God Dungeons, it represents a significant increase in difficulty over the other dungeons, and the dungeons are arranged in floors. Each floor contains one or more monsters, often of the same type, until you reach the boss at the end.

Completing the Air God Dungeon is necessary in order to challenge the Water God Dungeon, and will unlock the ability to purchase Perpetual Haste upgrade from the Shop for Coins.svg 50,000,000 which decreases the base Crafting and Fletching action times by 15%.

After 100 completions of this dungeon, Gust from the Ancient Magicks spellbook will be unlocked. Completing the dungeon 500 times unlocks a township task.
