Access to Throne of the Herald is an upgrade that can be purchased from the Shop. After purchase, the 
Throne of the Herald Dungeon becomes available.
As the Access to Throne of the Herald is an upgrade and not an item, it does not appear in the player's Bank once purchased and is permanently active.
